Vivian & I were high school classmates. My sister is Helen Mottley that used to live next door to Freda. I lived on Dillard Rd also.  I now live in Chgo, IL. To the family, you have my sympathy.  Here’s my information:

I will truly miss Sister Wilkins. She was a dear friend and a spiritual mother to me.  She and Brother Wilkins and Pam always made me feel like part of the family from the time Pam and I were preteens, laughing and playing.  I remember the wonderful meals she prepared with love,  the funny stories she shared, as well as spiritual advice.  But most of all I remember her deep love for Jehovah and for His people. I was so very sorry to hear about the death of Sister Wilkins. She was always such a zealous servant of Jehovah, and was an encouragement to me. I look forward to seeing the fulfillment of Isaiah 35:10, where in part it states "those redeemed by Jehovah will return...and come with a joyful cry, unending joy will crown their heads. Exaltation and rejoicing will be theirs, and grief and sighing will flee away." When i would visit the kingdom hall with Annie she came to me with a big smile made me feel loved she was a humble sister and very kind like Pam i forward seeing her soon with that 😅 beautiful smile you all are in my prayers stay safe

The Wilkins home was opened to all every Sunday afternoon in the early 70's for Bible Study.  Vivian and Lathon loved reading and discussing the Bible...and we loved our discussions as well.  We loved Vivian...I spoke with her a few days before her illness, she was so happy and busy doing one of her favorite things...HOMEMAKING. She was Mrs. Hospitality. With tears l send my LOVE to all the Family.

I remember what a delight it always was to see her when she would  come work with you in field service.  And most Conventions I would get a chance to spend time in conversation with her.  I know you will miss her but it won't be long.

Sis Vivian Wilkins will be missed temporarily but Jehovah is gonna wake her up & reunite her with us all. I remember when I first met her she would hug me & told me every time I see her to always hug her. She had a nice personality & even when she had her problems she knew how to endure.

Vivian was truly special. When we moved to Memphis she made us part of her family. Her kindness, humility, and generous spirit was beautiful. She will rest and soon  wake up with her family and friends waiting with big hugs and love. May you find comfort in the many wonderful memories you have.

Vivian and I have been friends for many years, I remember getting up early Pioneering and having a wonderful time, sometimes we would stay out all day, we would be tired but it was a good tired, I  miss my friend,  we talked daily and laughed about about everything, we will never forget our trip to  Bethel in the 80’s, oh what a wonderful time we had, there are so many memories some we couldn’t remember because of our old age and many that we talked about daily. My friend rest now,  and soon all will be new and we will be laughing, having fun, sharing recipes and talking about the new world.



I know Sister Wilkins mostly through the eyes of Pam and Hubert Davis and what a beautiful Wife, Mother, and Mother-in-law she was.

Like many I also enjoyed talking with Sis. Wilkins and I also had the pleasure of working with her in the ministry. Such a sweet person. 

Words cannot express how much I will miss my dear friend and spiritual sister Vivian.  She would always call to check on me and if I was having a bad day she would know the right scripture to share to make me feel better.  She really loved Jehovah and enjoyed using the Bible to share scriptures with others. We also enjoyed a special bond of Pioneering together.   Vivian also loved to bake cakes and pies from scratch and had a sense of humor that would make you laugh to brighten your day.  I long and can’t wait to see her warm smile and pretty face again.  She was beautiful inside and outside and will be dearly missed!   I have so many fond memories of Vivian and this is a picture of the last time we spent together listening to the Special Assembly Program on Zoom.....So until we meet again....

Hey Pam... I'm soo sorry to hear about your mom. I remember her from when I was a little girl, up until present. She would make sure she always spoke & hugged me everytime she saw me... such a nice and sweet lady; I'll always remember her for that! 

Praying for the family. I heard so many good things about Mrs. Vivian from her daughter.

There's no words that can some up my grandmother. Outside of my wife and mother she was the most import woman in my life. I have very few happy memories that don't include my grandmother. She was always there for me. She taught me so much. Every achievement I ever received, she was there. Anytime I just needed someone to talk too, she was there. She would always tell me to just be a good person and you will be rewarded. She was full of life and full of laughs. Thank you for being in my life for as long as you could. I will love you forever and will cherish the day I get to see you again. 

Vivian was a true friend over the years, working in field service, eating at Taco Bell, sharing meals at our May anniversaries and telephone calls. She shared all of her family names, little tidbits about each. She called to tell me something funny, share scriptures, recipes and her shopping. There hasn’t been a week for years when we didn’t talk on the telephone. She was industrious and didn’t mind hard work, truly a capable wife.
