Ms Ruby was a shining light at Town Village. She always had a smile as bright as the sun that she would share with you. Her kindness and affection were noticed by all. The place is not quite the same without her shining presence.

I shall always cherish the love, kindness, and words of wisdom that Mrs. Porter shared with me. She was a colleague, a friend, neighbour,  and such a special queen and woman of elegance to me. 
I will miss her greatly but I believe she had lived her life to live again. I will remember each of you in prayer and trust that you'll  feel the special love and comfort that only God can give.

My condolences to the family of Mrs. Ruby Porter, I appreciate the sound advise that Mrs. Porter telling  me to keep God first in everything that I do. She was an amazing educator, who touched many lives. Barbara, I will continue to pray for the Porter family for God to give each of you strength to endure 🙏🏾

To the Porter Family,
My remembrances of Cousin Ruby are too numerous to name. But just to say oh, how I’m going to miss her! The telephone calls that we did almost weekly, sometimes it was longer than a week, they are, however, calls I will cherish. I had the opportunity to visit Ruby in her home, oh what fun we had talking about family, and anything else that came to mind. Cousin Ruby was blessed to live a very long, and good life. Rest well Ruby!
