Roger Paul "Buzzy" Rhodes

Roger Paul "Buzzy" Rhodes was born April 12, 1939 in St. Louis, MO and passed into heaven on July 12, 2017. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Hoffman Rhodes, his father Cecil Rhodes and his precious daughter Lee Anne Rhodes Kirn. He is survived by his wife Emily Lee Rhodes, son Roger P. Rhodes Jr. (Wendy), grandchildren Roger Paul Rhodes III ( Brittney), Zachary Rhodes, Christopher Kirn, Spencer Kirn, Grace Kirn, sister Alice Rhodes and son-in-law Jack Kirn. He was a 1962 graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in Business Administration. and a member of Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He devoted his life caring for his wife and children and grandchildren. Nothing meant more to him than family. We know that God is caring for him now.

A Memorial Service will be held at Farmington Presbyterian Church, 8245 Farmington in Germantown, Friday July 21 at 11 a.m., with visitation preceding the service at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Wounded Warriors, Shriner's Hospital or Farmington Presbyterian Church.
