Robert Lee "Bob" Johnston

Robert Lee "Bob" Johnston died on Friday, the 2nd of December, 2016 at Baptist Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. He was born in Knoxville, Tennessee on January 7, 1942, the only child to Herbert and Rebecca Johnston. He was a graduate of Central High School in Knoxville in 1960 and continued his education at UT Knoxville, graduating from Memphis State University in 1964. He worked for thirty years with the Standard Register Company in Memphis and then opened his own successful business, Johnston Graphics. He is a huge University of Tennessee fan, avid golfer, member of TPC Southwind, and member of the Episcopal Church. Family and friends will gather from one o'clock until memorial services begin at two o'clock in the afternoon on Monday, the 5th of December at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38119. Mr. Johnston is survived by his wife of 53 years, Martha Welch Johnston; children Robert "Scott" (Patricia) Johnston and Lucy Johnston (Rusty) Daniel; two grandsons Russ and Davis Daniel; and his beloved puppy-dog LuLu.
