Richard "Ric" L. McFall

Richard L. McFall, born 69 years ago to Max & Pam McFall, joined God's Kingdom on June 26, 2016 after a long battle with cancer. His adoptive parents, Lester & Elizabeth Proctor, and brother, Randy McFall, pre-deceased him. Ric danced through 40 years of marriage with his wife, Robyn, who is left to mourn his passing, along with their children, Kelly (Jimmy) Lassiter & Collin McFall, beloved grandchildren Noah & Harper Lassiter, as well as his sister Rebecca (Bill) Smith and several nieces & nephews.

Ric graduated CBHS & attended CBC and Memphis State University. He served his country during the Vietnam Conflict in the USAF. After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the Air Force, Ric had a long, successful career with AT&T that ended in early retirement. Retirement meant time for that which Ric really enjoyed: 'projecting', sharing meals with or helping his family of friends, hours spent in front of a grill or on a dance floor with Robyn. Most special were the days with his loved ones on the beaches or party boats of Destin or Sarasota.

Ric's family will receive friends on Thursday, June 30 at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave from noon until a celebration of his life at two o’clock.

In lieu of flowers, Ric desired all who choose to, to share his love for his Lord by donating to a church or charity of choice. Family suggestions are St. Patrick's Presbyterian Church, Collierville, TN or Memphis Union Mission. Online condolences may be expressed at www.memphisfuneralhome.net.
