Peggy Holley, 80, passed away November 21, 2022. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Huey and Gertrude Long; brother, JT Long and sister, Shirley Stainback. She is survived by her daughter, Angela (Ray) McDowell of Drummonds, TN; son Kenneth Edwards of Drummonds, TN and brother in law, Floyd Stainback of Atoka, TN; three grandchildren, Amanda McDowell of Memphis, Miko (Landon) Shelby of New Orleans and Savannah McDowell of Memphis along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends Friday, November 25th from 1-2pm at Family Funeral Care with the service to follow at 2pm. The burial will take place at Memphis Memory Gardens.
We know without a shadow of a doubt that she is in heaven with the Lord—clothed in the righteousness of Christ, at peace, breathing the best she’s breathed in 14 years, and singing praises to the Lord.
