Patricia Sue Platter

Patricia Sue Platter, 62, of Memphis, passed away on July 14, 2013. Patricia was a member of the American Business Women’s Association in Indianapolis, IN, were she was also Woman of the Year. While in Indianapolis she served as the secretary for the Vice Mayor, and later was the recording secretary for Indianapolis Light and Power and the University of Indiana Dental College. Patricia was a loving and selfless person. She devoted herself to the care of her mother until her passing in March. She was preceded in death by her mother Violet Eleanor Platter. Patricia leaves her father Harold Platter, her brother Ronald Platter and many other loving family and friends. Family and friends will gather from 5-8pm, on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave. A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held at 10am, on Wednesday, July 17, 2013, in the Wilson Chapel at Christ United Methodist Church.
