Nancy went to be with her Heavenly Father on Saturday, April 29, 2017. She was a Godly woman, who loved her Lord, her family and everyone she knew.
She was the daughter of Edgar Albert and Mary Mitchell Dickson. She was married to Coy Winford Powers November 2, 1940 till his death on May 4,1992
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her brothers: Wiley, Aubry, J.T., Edward, and Fleetwood Dickson; her sisters: Hattie Mae Dickson, Flossie Holt and Elaine Benthal.
She is survived by two daughters: Nancy Jeanette "Net" Craig and Sandra Juanita "Nita" (Larry) Burgess. Five grandchildren: Alida Kilpatrick, Debbie (Mark) Zinger, Keith Kilpatrick, Tracy (Lee) Heaton, and Lori (Brian) Bogenreif.
Twelve great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
Services will be at Memphis Funeral Home on Poplar Ave. at 2:30 P.M. Tuesday, with visitation starting at 1:00 P.M. There will be a memorial service held at Judson Missionary Baptist Church on Wednesday, with visitation starting at 12:00 noon and services starting at 1:00 P.M. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
