Mario became a member of Haliburton Missionary Baptist Church at a young age under the leadership of Pastor Michael McKinnze.
Mario attended Horn Lake High School in Horn Lake, Mississippi, and was a 1998 graduate of Southaven High School in Southaven, Mississippi. He furthered his education by attending Northwest Community College in Senatobia, Mississippi, majoring in Physical and Health Education for almost two years. He later decided to enroll in Tennessee Tech to pursue a career in truck driving, where he received his CDL License.
Mario later began working for Pizza Hut, where he was employed for five years, and Target, where he was employed for nine years. He was also employed with Averitt Express for two and a half years as a forklift driver/dock/truck driver in addition to several other jobs.
Mario’s hobbies included playing football during his middle and high school years, going to games, playing video games, and going to the gym during his spare time.
On Thursday, September 3, 2020, at Baptist DeSoto Hospital, God’s angels came and carried Mario’s spirit to eternal rest.
Mario leaves to cherish his memory: his loving mother, Everlena Moore of Nesbit, Mississippi; his brother, Tracy Moore of Nesbit, Mississippi; his sisters, Linda Shinault of St. Louis, Missouri, Linda Woodley of Memphis, Tennessee, Shirley Moore of Memphis, Tennessee, LaShelia Sandidge of Horn Lake, Mississippi, and Cheolon Moore-Ashford (John) of Southaven, Mississippi; four nephews, one niece, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Mario was preceded in death by his father, Robert Moore; his sister, Amy Moore; and his grandparents.
