My Aunt Margaret brought me lots of happiness. I will always remember how she would squeal when she would see me and give hugs and hugs and then some more hugs. Her children were blessed to have her as their mother. We both had a great love of fishing. I like to think that she is on the best fishing trip of her life and God is watching over her. My late husband asked me after he met her for the first time, "is she always like this?" "Yes, that's my Aunt Margaret and you will get lots of hugs."

I am so sorry that I couldn't be there with the family at this time. I was there in spirit.  

Rest in peace my darlin. I will always remember the love you showed to me.

I'm so sad to hear the news of the passing of Ms Arnold.  I loved this woman.  She was such a bright light in the lives of so many.  She will be greatly missed.  She might have forgotten a few names along her way but I'm very proud and lucky that she always remembered me. Jack, take care and know God is with you and your family.  I miss you too. Margaret Arnold (my mother) was always a role model of what a mother should be to her children.  She always took the best of care of her children and led them in the ways of God. We were never lacking the things we needed as children. As we see mama for the last time on this Earth, let us look at and remember the hands she used every day to take care of us when we came into this world.  These were the hands of joy and love and when nessessary, the hands for discipline.  Let us also remember that Mama was always at home during our younger years in order to take care of us.  We enjoyed every birthday and holiday and particularly enjoyed the vacations we took every year to places like Pickwick Dam and the Smokies. Mama saved each year to make these vacations possible. As we grew older and spent more time away from home, we always knew that we had mama at home availble to help and support us whenever needs came up.  Mama never had a job outside the home until her children had left home.  She was succesful in her job with Sears and always did the best she could.  In later years she continued be the focal point for our family as she grew older.  Mama stayed in her home even after the death of our father.  In later years she had to move into an assisted living home for her own safety and well being.  She enjoyed her home at Foxbridge and received and gave love to all those that helped her in her later life.  When her spirit left her body last Thursday, there was an out pouring of grief for her by all that knew her.  While  we all experiening the sadness of our separation from mama,  we know she is happy now serving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Heaven.  We also  know that we can all be together again in Heaven as God calls us home.  Death means only a temporary separation for those who have accepted jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  Now as we prepare to say our final goodbyes, let us all feel comfort in knowing mama is happy and her best time has come.
