She was a compassionate and devoted woman who loved like Jesus. She was a giving soul who always put others before herself. Loretta especially had a soft heart for children and animals. Her face always lit up when she held a baby or saw an animal. Loretta loved to sing and dance. She had a zest for life that was contagious to all of those around her.
Loretta is survived by her brother, Bob Causer (Laura); sister Vicki Bartlett (Joe); two daughters, Katherine James (Donald) and Renee Lambert; four grandchildren, Wendy Newman (Clayton), Justin Vick, John James (Carolyn), and Caitlin James; nine great-grandchildren, Tyler Pannell, Ethan Pannell, Kailey Winstead, Lily Ann Winstead, Liam Vick, Lincoln Vick, Heath James, Xander James, and Xayla
James. Loretta is reunited in heaven with her parents, Sperinda Ravarino and Wilburn and Katherine Causer; her brother Bill Causer (Patricia); sister Diane Scheel; her husband, S.T Irvin.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM with services to follow at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN . Interment will follow at Reaves Cemetery in Middleton, Tn. The family requests that in lieu of flowers please make a donation to Tunica Humane Society in Loretta’s name.
