Leona Faye Rhea

Leona Faye Rhea, 84, of Memphis, passed away on October 26, 2015. The family will gather to receive friends at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, October 29, and funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Family Funeral Care on Summer Avenue. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Rhea was a member of Brookside Baptist Church in Olive Branch, and she was a retired bank teller. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and faithful Christian. Leona was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Rhea; her daughter, Teresa Gail Bursi; and her daughter-in-law, Jackie H. Rhea. She is survived by two sons, Mike Rhea (June) and Ron Rhea; her sister, Linda Ernest-Woodward (Jack); two brothers, Jerry Melton and A.V.
