Lawrence Robert Cervetti Sr.

Lawrence Robert Cervetti, Sr., 84, passed away Sunday, October 13th 2024 in Germantown, TN. Lawrence was a 1958 graduate of Christian Brothers High School and later served in the TN Air National Guard. Lawrence was a retired employee of the City of Memphis as a Manager of Community Development.

He loved hunting, fishing, and reading, especially about World War II. He loved classic cars and motorcycles. He enjoyed the opera as well. He always said his greatest treasures in life were his children and grandchildren.

Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Louise Cervetti and his siblings, Frank Cervetti Jr. and Rose Barton. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary Ann Cervetti (Marascalco); children, Lawrence Cervetti Jr. (Anniee), Teresa Cervetti Beck (Robert), Joseph Cervetti (Atlanta Gail); grandchildren, Sophia Cervetti, Amelia Grace Cervetti, Joseph Cervetti, Spencer Beck, Zachary Beck, Hayden Cervetti, and Anna Grace Cervetti.

The family will receive friends Thursday, October 17th from 5-7 PM at Memphis Funeral Home. The funeral mass will be Friday, October 18th at 10 AM, at Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit with the burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
