Katie Bess Patton, age 97, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022. Katie was born March 2, 1924, in Oakland, Mississippi.
A 1942 graduate of Hernando High School, she also served as senior class president.
Katie's career at Wurzburg Brother's, Inc., in Memphis spanned 50 years.
She was a member of Independent Presbyterian Church. Katie loved travelling, especially to Ireland, playing bridge, and being with friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fern and Bessie Patton.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 12 from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Independent Presbyterian Church with a funeral service to immediately follow at 3:00 PM. Burial, in Memorial Park Cemetery, will be private.
