Joyce Helen Brown, age 85, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021. Joyce was born May 25, 1936, in Greenfield, Tennessee, to William and Mary Lou Godwin. She was a retired sales associate. She leaves two sons, Andy and Ronnie; a daughter, Nicole Douglas; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a loving mother, sister, and daughter.
The family will receive friends at a visitation, Friday, December 31, 2021, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, at Memphis Funeral Home - Poplar Chapel, 5599 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119. A second visitation will occur Saturday, January 1, 2022 from 1:00 PM until the funeral service at 2:00 PM, at the funeral home. Graveside committal service will immediately follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
