Joseph David Powell, Sr., 71, passed away on July 10, 2020. Joseph loved the outdoors, fishing, and hiking. He enjoyed being around the water and rivers in East Tennessee, which was his favorite place. Joseph was a very talented craftsman and enjoyed wood working and building many items in his life. He also had a huge appreciation for Art. He is survived by his sons, Joseph David Powell, Jr. (Jennifer), Stephen Powell (Candace), and Ben Powell; grandchildren, Schyler, Corbyn, Jackson, Finley, and Anders Powell. Arrangements have been entrusted to Family Funeral Care.
