Jon M. Graham Sr., age 83, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024. Jon was born in Memphis, Tennessee to his parents, whom preceded him in death, Charles Murray Graham Sr. and Retha T. Graham. He leaves behind his former wife and best friend, Carol Graham Parker. His children are left with wonderful memories, One daughter, Mary Bethan Graham Riddle (Eric) of Bartlett, TN; One son, Jon M. Graham Jr. (Kelly) of Miche, TN; as well as his Grandchildren; Christine, Bridgette, Kyle, and Emma Grace. Three great grandchildren; Nathaniel, Madeleine and Lilleigh and one great-great grandson, Everett. As well as three nephews; David Graham, Gary Michael Graham and Jimmy Graham, one niece, Debi Symmes.
Mr. Graham served proudly in the United States Air Force for the majority of his military career,serving three tours in the Vietnam War, with a short stint in the United States Army. He was also a member of the Army National Guard. He was a mechanic by trade who worked most of his life with Cummings Diesel and ended his career with retiring from FedEx. He had a lifelong love of Jaguar cars and was also a member of the local VFW. He enjoyed his friends and tinkering with all types of repairs when he was asked and enjoyed every minute of it. He had a great fondness for any cat he ever met.
Mr. Graham had three brothers who predeceased him, Charles Murray Graham Jr., James Carroll Graham and Gary Graham; one sister, Mary Bethan Graham and one nephew, James Michael Graham.
