A visitation for Joe will be held Friday, May 26, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at M. J. Edwards Whitehaven Chapel, 5494 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis, TN. A graveside service will occur Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Shiloh CME Church, 2915 Garnett Rd, Somerville, TN.
