I miss walking with you and Barbara in the mornings Mrs. Hamilton.  It has definitely been a blessing knowing you.

I loved Ms. Jean so very much. She was such a powerhouse of a woman and will be sorely missed in her community. She would make the funniest remarks too, with her brand of humor that was honest, direct, and always heartfelt.

Our deepest sympathy is extended to the family of Mrs. Jean Hamilton. We knew her as a neighbor and loving parent, who welcomed our children into her home when they visited Rodney. 
May you find peace and joy in treasured memories. Our prayers for you continue.

Jean was a dear friend and a blessing to all who knew her at her beloved Idlewild Presbyterian Church. We were privileged to share a Sunday School class with Jean for years under the leadership of the late Rev. Dr. Denton McClellan.  She was ever cheerful and encouraging - always wearing a bright smile and quick to offer a kind word. She was wise, and added a unique perspective to our faith community. We will miss her. 

To the family, you have our condolences  and we will keep you in our prayers.

If ever anyone fought the good fight, Momma Hamilton did. She was well respected as a Home Economics teacher at Lincoln Jr. High for many years and became a mother figure to me as well. She is safe in HIS arms now. Condolences to the family.

Mrs. Hamilton was the Queen of the neighborhood  she was known by everyone. She kept a watchful eye on Quinn street for many years. Often times when my Dad became sick if he did not answer the phone I would call Mrs. Hamilton and  she would go over and make sure he was okay. , she will truly be missed.  She always set on the porch with her daughter keeping a watchful eye . Often I would see her early morning walking with her dog to the end of the street . While walking she would be checking things out in the neighborhood . Everyone over here loved and respected her , and will miss her terribly . Condolences and prayers to Rodney and Barbara , and the entire family . Job well done Mrs. Hamilton rest well.
