Jay Mackenzie Cook

Jay Mackenzie Cook, age 35, passed away on April 23, 2018. He was preceded in death by his father Larry Cook and his grandparents Adrian and Faye Alexander, Janet Woods and George Brown. He leaves behind his mom and dad, Donna and Gary Brown, sisters Michele Hicks, Jessica Stonesifer, Kelley Legge and brother Eric Brown. He was the proud uncle of 5 nephews and 4 nieces. He also leaves behind his beloved dog Peyton. Jay was a successful salesman who had many friends and was loved by all. He will be missed.
