Janet Arvin Edwards, 79, was called home Monday, August 31, 2015. She dearly loved her large family and devoted her life to them. Janet was preceded in death by her loving husband of 43 years, Albert J. Edwards; parents, George Hollis and Thelma Louise Arvin; and one brother, George H. Arvin. She is survived by eight children, Robin, Gwen, Penny, Teri, Lori, Chrissy, Jason, and Niki; one brother, Jerry W. Arvin; 21 grandchildren and 27 great- grandchildren. The family will receive guests Thursday, September 3 at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave. from 3 p.m. until the service begins at 4 p.m. Burial will be at a later date in Memory Hill Gardens.
