Jamie Elizabeth McGee, 28, of Memphis, died August 19, 2013 at Methodist University Hospital. She is survived by her mother, Sherry McGee, her beloved aunt, Eileen Knoblock and uncle, Kelly McGee (Christie); her grandparents, Marjorie and Harold Porter and cousins, Josh McGee, Zachariah Taylor (Aubrie), Brittany Taylor, Sara Taylor-Patterson (Trent), Steven McGee and Madelyne McGee. She was preceded in death by her father, James Steven McGee. The family will receive friends Friday evening, August 23, from 5-8 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, Poplar Avenue. The funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with burial in Memphis Memory Gardens. Memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
