James Carl Prahl passed away October 4, 2011, at his home in Germantown, TN. He retired from Cook Industries and Rainey Commodities and was a member of the Memphis Feed and Grain Association. Mr. Prahl is survived by his wife, Joan; son, Bruce Prahl (Suzanne) of Marks, MS; stepson, Warren Johnson (Patty) of Tulsa, OK and grandchildren, Andrew Prahl and Amy Johnson. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandy Corum. A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Monday, October 10, at Memphis Memory Gardens. Memorials may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association.
