Henry Burt Brock Jr.

Henry was born on November 18, 1939 in New Orleans Louisiana, son of the late Henry and Mable Brock, Sr. He graduated from Meadville High School in Meadville, Mississippi and then went to Mississippi State University graduating with a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration. He completed his education receiving a Masters in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University. Through his working career he taught accounting at Cal Poly in Pomona, California, and many of the community colleges of that area. Mostly, Hank was a CPA owning his own firm H.B. Brock, Jr. CPA and Business Consultant.

Along with his parents Mr. Brock was preceded in death by his brother Jay Brock.

Hank is survived by his wife of 61 years Glenda Conerly Brock; children Andrew Louis Brock, Beth Brock (Robert) Fischer and Katherine Brock (Mike) St. Clair; grandchildren Lily and Marley Brock, Jack and Katy Brock, and Laura Beth (Sean) Schickling, Brock and Mary Margaret St. Clair; and his brother Lou Brock.

Family and friends will gather to share cherished memories and stories this Saturday, February 3 from one o'clock until three o'clock in the afternoon at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38119.

The family suggests any memorials in Hank's honor be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or any of the Shriners' Hospitals.
