Mr. Neely worked faithfully for over 20 years as an environmental
services technician. He is preceded in death by his wife, Sandra T. Neely.
Mr. Neely is survived by his children Monica Mays (Kenny), Michelle
Adkins (Matthew), granddaughter Bethany Adkins, sister Laura
Hamilton, and sister-in-law (s) Carolyn Shiels (Clyde), and Ruthie
Thompson. Mr. Neely leaves a host of nieces, nephews, and friends to
cherish his memory
