Frank Gidieon “Frankie” Hart passed away Thursday, June 20th, 2024 at the age of 63. After a lengthy illness, Frankie won his battle peacefully with his family by his side.
Frankie was born in Vicksburg, MS on June 30, 1960 to Dewey Clark Hart Sr. and Shirley Jean Taylor Hart. Frankie was one of four children. Frankie married Bonnie Gwen Edge Hart in February 1979. Less than ten months later they gave life to their only child Frank Gidieon “Buddy” Hart II.
Frankie was a visionary, master carpenter craftsman. His passion for woodworking was evident in every piece he created from furniture to home remodel. He took great pride in his work and always exceeded expectations with his craft.
He was a great man who placed his loved ones at the center of his world whether family or friend. Frankie cherished his loving wife Bonnie for 45 years and his son Buddy whole heartedly. He wanted nothing more for them than pure joy and safety in this world.
Frankie was preceded in death by his grandparents Hubert Hill Hart, Adreine Martin Hart, Hattie Jones , Aiden Taylor, Dewey C. Hart Sr. (father), Shirley Jean Taylor Hart (mother), Marlene Schappach (step mother) Joseph Schappach Jr. (step brother), Synthia Kyra Hart (niece), and Carson Kyle Farmer (great nephew).
He is survived by his wife Bonnie Gwen Edge Hart of Byhalia, MS, his son, Frank Gidieon “Buddy” Hart (David), three grandchildren Luke Jackson, Lizzie Jackson, and Caleb Jackson of Hernando, brother Dewey C. Hart Jr. (Melanie) of Byhalia, MS, brother Stephen Kyle Hart Sr. (Karen) of Horseshoe Lake, AR, sister Deborah Lisa Hart of West Memphis, step sister Joann Schappach Ruby (Jerry), step brother Sean Paul Schappach (Crystal) of Strayhorn, MS, and 13 nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at Family Funeral Care Memphis (4925 Summer Avenue Memphis, TN 38122). Family will receive friends Friday, June, 28th 2024, at 12 pm, with service beginning at 2pm. In lieu of flowers please consider a memorial donation to Panola Playhouse (Sardis, MS), Desoto Family Theatre (Southaven, MS), or the American Heart Foundation.
There will be Food and Fellowship in our Dogwood suite immediately following Mr. Frankie's services.
