Eric Paul Janssen, 44, passed away October 16, 2017 in Chicago, IL. Eric was raised in Memphis, TN and graduated from University of Memphis with a degree in Journalism. He was the Vice President of Audience at the Sandusky Newspaper Group. He was an avid urban explorer with a zest for life and a passion for photography. He was a loving and devoted father, son, brother and uncle. His motto was "Live A Great Story" and he did just that. He will be remembered in all of our hearts and his legacy will be carried on through his children. Eric was preceded in death by his mother, Robyn Janssen. He is survived by two daughter Jordan Thurman and Robin Marie Janssen; one son, Robert Janssen; father, Paul Janssen and his wife Colleen; four sisters, Cynthia Vukmer, Lisa Valdez, Leslie Hofmeister and Lindsey Gautier.
