Don C. Prince, 81, died June 8, 2017. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. He brought a great deal of love, passion, kindness, and especially humor into this world. He loved nothing more than to make people laugh and put a smile on their faces. He attended Humes High School and was in sales most all of his career. His passions included his family, music, and golf. An avid golfer, he was a member of Windyke Country Country Club for 40 years. He was also a passionate Arkansas Razorbacks fan; much of his Fall and Winter were spent watching the Hogs on the football field or basketball court. He was a devoted and faithful member of Incarnation Catholic Church. Affectionately known as "Poppy", he was a loving and devoted father and grandfather, who adored his family and friends. He dearly cherished his time spent with them. Left to cherish his precious memory are his wife of 62 years, Mary Claire Prince; his son, David Prince (Deborah); his daughter, Lisa Roberts (Terry); one sister, Dorothy Bell of Union City, TN; grandchildren: Ben Roberts (Shelby), Jordan Roberts, Ryan Acton (Cynthia), Travis Acton (Andrea), and three great-grandchildren. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He will be greatly missed.
