Dolores A. Embry, 85, of Memphis, died November 2, 2012. Mrs. Embry was a communicant of St. Anne Catholic Church on Highland. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Carroll Embry; and is survived by one daughter, Gayle Hunt of Bartlett; three sons, Michael Straign (Cathy) of Bartlett, Donnie Straign (Celeste) of Austin, TX, and Bobby Rehmel (Linda) of Las Vegas, NV; thirteen grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 1-2pm on Sunday, November 4th with a Memorial Service to immediately follow at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens. The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in lieu of customary remembrances.
