David Franklin Howell, 62, of Memphis, TN, passed away July 17, 2016. He was born September 15, 1953 to the late Raybourn and Mary Sue Howell. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Kim Howell, daughter, Kristen (Nathaniel) Ball, son Ryan Howell and brother Ben (Joe) Howell. A memorial service will be held at 2:00, Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Family Funeral Care. Following services the family will receive guest for refreshments and the sharing of stories and memories.
