He leaves to cherish his memory; his partner Jackie Haire, his father Dan Forrest (Kelley) and his siblings Jason Forrest, Cliff Swan (Amanda), Amy Parsons, Sara Watkins, Michael Forrest, Andy Forrest and Tim Forrest.
He has worked the last 18 years at Nike Inc. He was a active volunteer in the community, serving as the national president of the Dream Factory Inc., the chairman of the board at Freedom Co-op and the chairman of the board at Memphis Crisis Center.
A memorial service for Daniel will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122.
