Clinton M. Davis

Clinton M. Davis was born on January 30, 1924 in Ripley, MS, and passed away May 6, 2015 in Memphis, TN at the age of 91. He worked for Fruehauf Trailer for 39 years until the plant closed. Mr. Davis and his wife have been members of Colonial Baptist Church for over 41 years. Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his son, Al Richardson. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Naomi Lehman Davis; daughters, Annetta Parker (Lou), Becky Kaplan (Bob), Carol Bateman (Brad) and Jan Culbreath (Keith); son, Timothy Davis; brother, Otis Davis of Winchester, KY; daughter-in-law, Patti Richardson; ten grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. A gathering of family and friends will be held at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave., on Saturday, May 9 from 10am – 12pm with services to begin at 12:00pm.
