Cecil F. Osborne, Jr.

Cecil F. Osborne, Jr., age 73 of Memphis, passed away Wednesday March 20, 2013 in Memphis. He was born December 8, 1939 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to the late Cecil F. Osborne, Sr., and Birdie Jolly Osborne. Mr. Osborne was a veteran of the US Navy. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, and was of the Baptist faith. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Angie Kinkade, one brother, Larry E. Osborne, and one sister, Nancy O. Jasinski. Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Betty Osborne; five daughters, Penny (Donnie) Lamb, Pam (Ron) Fields, Lisa (Michael) Simpson, Sheila Cahn, and Kassey Kinkade; nine Grandchildren; three Great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Family Funeral Care, located on Summer Avenue, Tuesday, March 26, 2013 from 5-7 PM. Graveside services will be held Wednesday March 27, 11 AM, at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
