Cecelia Jordan Morris Bell

Cecelia M. Jordan Bell, 94, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt passed away Monday, October 1, 2012 at Kirby Pines Retirement Center. She was a long-time member of Lindenwood Christian Church and will always be remembered as having a wonderful zest for life. Cecelia was preceded in death by her husbands Scott Jordan and Fred Bell; and brother Melvin Morris. She is survived by her daughter, Scottie Simpson (John), grandsons Jed Simpson and David Simpson, great-grandsons Drew and Jared Simpson, one sister, Mary Lillian Brown, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6 – 8pm on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel. A graveside service will take place at 1pm, Friday, October 5 in Memorial Park Cemetery.
