She attended Germantown High School and graduated from Bartlett High School. She attended Memphis State University and she spent 45 years as the Office Manager with Frazee Ivy Davis.
Cathy was a longtime member of Minor Memorial United Methodist where she served in many capacities. She was especially devoted to the choir and music program.
Mrs. Gray loved to cook, garden, and spend time with her family and dear friends.
Cathy was preceded in death by her loving husband of 43 years, Jerry T. Gray. She is survived by her son, James E. "Jimmy" Gray (Kelli); two grandchildren, Demi Maddison Gray and Luke Pearce Gray; two sisters, Jane Darr (Chuck Orvis) and Louise Marino (Steve); and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will gather to receive friends on Wednesday, May 9, at 10:00 a.m., and funeral services will begin at 12:00 noon, at Minor Memorial United Methodist Church in Walls, MS. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Falkner Cemetery in Falkner, MS.
