Dear Big Wally and his 2 children Meg and lil' Wally,
I am sorry for your loss and hope that you can find peace in your hearts.  Carolyn would want you  to do that for her.  

I'll never forget, while teaching at Westhaven Elementary School, Meg went down the hallway repeatedly  saying, "snake!"  I asked her where and she told me.  I immediately captured the small garden snake and had it in the science area for that day.  My students enjoyed seeing one up close in the contained cage.

To Wiley, Leslie and Grace, Carolyn always carried a light of love through her smiles and her very calm and reassuring voice. It is my prayer that her 69 year legacy of peace, light and love serve to bring the family and friends comfort during this time and the years ahead. To the Taylor family, I was regretful to learn, of the passing of Carolyn.  I don't recall a time that she was not smiling, hugging and greeting church members, as well as others who entered her space.  She had a warm, quiet and caring demeanor.  My deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy are extended to the entire family.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. Allow your FAITH to comfort you. 

Carolyn, I don't remember a time during my life when you weren't there.  Always pushing me to join the choir and sing with the altos, or just talking and laughing after church.  I'll miss you and your hugs and infectious smile. I won't say goodbye, just see you later friend.  Rest in the Father's arms.  I'll always love you!
