Bobbie J. Yates, 79, of Germantown, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at her home. She was a member of Longstreet United Methodist Church and was the Chief Operating Officer with Owen Enterprises and Germantown Square. Ms Yates is survived by her daughter, Dana Houpt Fowler of Germantown; sons, Fred R. Yates of Memphis and Rudy W. Yates of Collierville; sister, Polly Needham Dixon of Southaven; 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson and her special friend, D. Glynne Owen. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Monday, February 15 at Memphis Funeral Home, Poplar Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, February 16 at the funeral home, with interment to follow in Forest Hill Cemetery, South.
