Mrs. Bertha Lee Paige, age 85, died on May 30, 2023 after a long illness. She was a long-time member of Cummings Street Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Dr. E. Marcel Jones. Mrs. Paige was a graduate of the class of 1955 at Manassas High School.
She leaves to cherish her memory six children, Sherry, Donald, Terrance, Gerald, Malcolm and Melodye.
She also leaves a brother, Curtis, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and two lifelong friends.
A visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 07, 2023, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Cummings Street M.B.C. (Dominion Church) located at 794 East Raines Road, Memphis, TN 38116. The funeral service will follow at 12 noon with burial at Memphis National Cemetery, 3568 Townes Avenue, Memphis, TN 38122.
