So sorry to hear that Andrew has passed but GOD knows best I will always remember him as one who made me laugh he was so funny 

I worked with Andrew at Semmes-Murphey Clinic for many years.  He was such a pleasure to be around.  He always had a smile on his face.  He was willing to help everyone.  He will truly be missed.  My condolences to his family and friends.
