My sincere condolences for Al’s Family, Friends and loved ones.  I’m a long lost friend from Fisk University. I just happened to search for Al last night to see if I could find him again. In total shock learning this. In almost 30 years later he still resonates as a memorable friend. Perhaps if I were on social media I’d have reached him sooner assuming he may have been assessable there. A poetically deep soul and conversationalist he was. And a very fun, thoughtful and supportive friend. He will be sorely missed and always remembered. Thankfully his Spirit lives on forever soaring in God’s promise and love. I miss you, with all my Heart. Our loud talks, we occasionally would have some serious conversations, we shared the same soap opera, and we both had a trigger temper, but God was helping us with that through his infinite Grace and Mercy. I didn't want to see you go so soon, but Jesus had other plans. I Pray your Mother and Father were there to Greet you. We will see each other again in our Eternal resting place. With all  my Love. To the entire James family, it has been indeed a pleasure having met Kenny.  He was always so kind to Sam and I.  I  met Kenny when he was about 6 years old when he would come to church with Mother James and his brother Bobby.  We have shared laughter and tears.  We were blessed to have had him in our lives these many years.  We will continue to pray for the family.
