Bill was born on February 26, 1940 in Albion, PA to William L. Orr and Mary Orr. Bill married Cheryl Ann Orr in 1999 until her passing in 2015. Bill is survived by his son, Bob Orr; daughter, Linda Orr of Pasadena, CA and by Cheryl's children; Blake Donaldson of Redding, CA, Dabnee Stoecker of San Diego, CA, Shelbee Donaldson of Medford, OR and Natalie Wilson of San Diego, CA. Bill leaves behind many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bill was a beloved son, husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. Bill was an avid bird watcher, gardener, and took great pride in his annual flowers. He will be greatly missed.
A Committal Service will be held at 2pm, Friday, January 5, 2024 at the VA Cemetery in Eagle Point, Oregon. Viewing will take place at 10am on January 5, 2024 at Rogue Valley Funeral Alternatives for friends and family.
