Richard was born June 8th 1941 in Klamath Falls, OR, to Eber and Marie Clark. As soon as he was old enough he started working odd jobs around town, creating his outstanding work ethic that would stay with him till the end.
Richard was happiest when he was working. He spent a majority of his life logging and operating heavy equipment. He worked for Weyerhaeuser for 30 years, after leaving Weyerhaeuser in the early 90s he worked at Klamath pacific for a number of years, and eventually retired with Western rock reduction company.
An avid hunter and fisher, he was a life time member of the North American Hunting Club. He loved old cars, and even raced a bronco he built in the 70s.
In later life he spent his time working around the family farm, bonding with his grandchildren and catching up on all the TV he missed in his working years.
Richard will always be remembered as a strong, loving and kind Father, Grandfather and friend.
