Rocky was 68 years old and living in Medford, Oregon at the time of his passing. He was born in Klamath Falls, Oregon. His parents Lester and Doris Miller preceded him in death. He is survived by his sister, Cathy Miller, nephew William Illingworth, Aunt Sue Glenn, Uncle Robert Axel and several cousins.
The family moved to the Rogue Valley in 1970. Rocky attended Crater Highschool. He worked for Living Opportunities for over 20 years. He also worked for Pathways Inc. He lived at the “Keene House” group home operated by Pathways for about 9 years. This was his “forever home” and he received loving and compassionate care by the staff there. He was a Christian and attended both Table Rock fellowship and Grace Point Fellowship. Rocky loved fishing, spending time with his family, celebrating birthdays and participating in Special Olympics. He was loved by many and will be missed.
