JoAnn L. Arnett, age 80 years, of White City, Oregon passed away on February 18th, 2023.
JoAnn was born on October 30th, 1942 in Chillicothe, Ohio. She enjoyed line dancing and doll collecting. JoAnn is survived by her spouse, Frank Arnett, her two children, Lori Kluz, Jody Livingston, and Jerry Livingston, step-son, Ted Arnett, and granddaughters, Whitney, Shasta, Dakota, and her grandson Ireland.
A Funeral Service is scheduled for 10:00am on February 24th, 2023, at Eagle Point National Cemetery. All are welcome to attend and celebrate JoAnn’s life.
