I never met David personally but once I discovered his artwork I was drawn to him. His talent was immense and his courage to speak out against the madness  of this world was an inspiration to me.  My condolences to the family.

I used images from David's book for a freedom rally last summer. I think of him still and always will. he was the the first truther artist to my knowledge, and the best in my opinion. He was brave and an inspiration. love you David. 

His artwork became a cornerstone on all conspiracy and alternative news forums and chat groups around the world. He could depict a million words and convey a message to someone new to the topic. I found this while looking for his website today. I see the wonderful Jeff Rense still has some of his artwork on his main webpage. I think it is important for new generations to see the artwork of Mr. Dees and have their eyes opened for them to at least ask questions and seek the truth. David Dees started my awakening, as can be said for countless others around the world. He awakened me to a countless number of issues that have distressed and perplexed man since the beginning of time. Through his art and conversation, he helped me to confront the troubling realities that burden us all; and to make sense of the world in a way that ironically makes you laugh and grit your teeth at the same time. Thank you, David, for putting your venerable talents to use for a higher purpose, and  for the invaluable insight you've afforded me. You certainly made your mark on this world and left us all with a lasting impression. You can rest assured your soul will continue to live on through your powerful works, and I hope to one day meet you face-to-face in the next life. God bless.

Didn't know of his passing until recently. While I may have shared very different thoughts on a variety of things with him, his work caused me great joy.

Hello. I was a sponsor of David's art and over the last decade we became cyber friends, He was generous, Supportive, Gentle, loving and Honest, And a bright soul. We never met in person, Something I regret a lot. His love for animals, The planet, And above all love for the dignity of freedom are so very rare in this day and age. When we lost George Carlin, I felt that there was no replacement for him.  Losing David Dees is causing that same feeling.

One can only imagine David's unique images defining what is now going on worldwide. David was an incredible, intuitive master of images that portrayed history and contemporary issues. David was talented, not only in art but in music. He was dedicated to his cats and recognized their needs. David created the covers of the three books in my trilogy. He was a remarkable, beautiful human being. Now that he has made the final transition, he will be a welcome addition to the millions that have preceded him. Farewell, dear David  until we meet again.

David's art became a favorite of mine, following the events all September 11th 2001... I printed many copies all of his art and posted them on notice boards around where I live to awaken people to the fake events of 9/11... And is was brilliant the way he could say something using art.

I always looked forward to seeing David's latest illustration in Rense.com. I've seen hundreds of David's amazing productions and always wondered, how does he do it? David Dees illustrations are world famous. He was one of the very best in his field and will be greatly missed by thousands of people who came to appreciate his work. Rest in Peace brother. You left us much too soon.

A terrible loss for so many people. He touched so many lives with his art and I pray he knew that...... He will never be forgotten.

Dear relatives of David

I am so sorry for your loss. What a beautiful soul David was and is. I will cherish him in my memories - and one fine day I do think I will see him again. And I think you all will too.

David brought me a lot of joy. We had good times together, offline - that is in real life, and online on the Internet. And I think he brought joy and meaning to many others as well. He was a good man. And probably appreciated by so many, even people who never spoke to him but knew him through his art and interviews.

I can't fathom, however, the depths of grief experienced by the family. All I can say is that I suffer with you, while sharing and cherishing his memory. He was a bright light in this world and also in my life. Go with God, David.

And may we meet again one day.

Oh no, David, that's much too soon! I will miss you old buddy. So terribly sad to see you go. We had so much more to talk about and laugh about. What a great short week we had together back in 2013 - and then we stayed in touch. Until now.

There are lots of devils on this plain who are breathing a sigh of relieve that they have caused your physical demise. But the power of your artistic truth will haunt them for all eternity. Rest in peace. One of our favorite artists will be missed, but will live on in the now hundreds of artistic pieces he has created, and inspired. 

A True Hero and Artist.  May his family find comfort in knowing he touched so many lives and left such an indelible impression on this Earth.  His legacy lives on and I pray Humanity awakens to his message!  RIP David Dees.

David made a big impact on my life. He was one of the first contemporary artists to name them. Through his work I learned the truth about the world, who owns the world, and this truth has inspired me since. Thank you for waking so many up. RIP

So sad to hear of his passing.  It's such a shock.  Not only was he a great artist, he was/is also a great soul.

David Dees' illustrations are famous in my circles. I saw them first on a presentation by David Icke in Amsterdam. 
Mr. Dees left his mark on this planet. I can only hope to reach his level of influence because in my eyes doing that means being alive. 
I wish for the people who were close to him to find peace with what happened, despite his fairly young age, despite the fact that I have no clue on what ended his life.
