She was born on January 24th, 1961 in Florence, AZ to Clyde and Velma Bussey. Brenda is survived by her husband, Wayne Waters; her brother Eric Bussey and sister-in-law Vicki Bussey; her children, Eric Tucker and Michelle Tucker; Wayne’s children, Melissa Dedman and Wayne Waters; grandchildren, Bradley, Ryan, Avery, and Dalton. She was a caring and thoughtful person who will be remembered for her giving nature and her love of helping others. She was happiest when she was with her kids which included her four legged baby, Harley. Brenda was a hard worker and a proud employee of the United States Postal Service for 29 years. She had lots of hobbies which included sewing, painting, camping, driving her VW Thing, going to the beach, and riding on the Harley, but her proudest moment in her life was becoming a mother.
