Robert P Keating Jr.

Keating Robert P., Jr., and Virginia B., of Sandston, became angels in heaven together. Virginia went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 3, 2012. She was followed by her groom of 50 years, Robert P., Jr., on Tuesday, December4, 2012. Robert was a WWII Veteran and an avid hunter. Virginia was a beautiful soul that was loved by everyone. Robert and Virginia are survived by their daughters, Joan Marie Keating, and Mary Keating West and her husband Ken; grandchildren, Michael, Jeffrey, Robert, and Christopher Dudley, Wendy Pone, April Williams, Ben and Emily West; 8 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and dear friends, Sabra Gillen and Jay Ambrose. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm, on Friday, December 14, 2012, at the Atlee Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, Route 301 and Shady Grove Rd. Services will be held at 11am, on Saturday, December 15, at the funeral home, with interment to follow at Washington Memorial Park.
