I was so saddened to hear of Lisa passing at Bettie’s memorial service, I was truly deviated and feel horrible I did not find out until a few weeks past. Again the West family is truly saddened by your families loss

I never had the opportunity to meet Lisa but I know that I definitely missed a special and beautiful young woman by all of the special and heart warming things written about her. I have known Kevin since he was a little boy and his Mom, Cindee for over 44 years.  It is hard to know what to say at this sad time because your loss is so great, and because your loved one will be missed in so many ways, but even though no words can truly comfort you, perhaps they can, in some small way, express the depth of care and concern that's felt for you now. I met Lisa the summer of ‘83, both of our mothers had just moved into The Hamlet. The day we met, we were instant friends with our similar home circumstances, that Hamlet pool and Duran Duran.  We started 8th grade together and during that year, Lisa stood up for me to a bully, and in that moment I learned what it was to have a loyal friend that stood up for what was right.  We were practically inseparable for the next three years.   As life and time has a tendency to do, we went down our own paths in life and sadly lost touch for many years.  Despite time, Lisa was often in my thoughts, I really missed and loved her,  I was so happy to reconnect with her later in life and see her when we got to meet for lunch.  It was as if no time had passed at all.  Lisa was as beautiful, funny, loving, kind as she ever was.  Lisa’s passion was Kevin and her boys. I’ve never seen a face light up the way hers did when she spoke of them to me.   It’s so hard to believe that my dear friend has left this world. My deepest and most sincere condolences to Kevin, KJ, Zackery, Martha, Jamie & Dennis. I know that there are many others but, these are the people in Lisa’s life I knew the best and whom she loved so dearly.   Lisa, I know you are messing with Queenie!!!  

MT, it has been many years since we saw each other but I wanted to send my deepest condolences to you and your family on the loss of your beautiful daughter, Lisa.  I saw her obit on Facebook and started reading it realizing that she was your daughter which would have made her a cousin to me.  You and family are in our prayers.  God Bless You.

Kevin, KJ, Zach and family, so very sad to hear of Lisa’s passing.  An angel taken too soon.  Lisa and I met years ago when our boys were in preschool together.  She was always so much fun!  I’ll always remember when our boys had beach day at school and Lisa and I were in charge of water balloons!  We got wetter than all the kids!!  So much fun!  I know she left you all with some great memories to cherish.   Lifting you all in prayer!!

Our hearts go out to Kevin, KJ and Zack. Lisa was always so sweet and generous to our family.  We are thinking of you and hope that her beautiful spirit will bring you comfort in the days ahead. 

Lisa, you were always such a kind and sweet person, neighbor and even a Guardian Angel  to our daughter, all while growing your own family. We will forever be grateful and remember you with kindness in our hearts.

I’m so very sorry to hear of the passing of Lisa. I got the opportunity to see her not too long ago. She loved her family so much, very kind hearted and loved by so many for all she did for others.
