Frances Mae Brock, 77, of Mechanicsville, widow of Elmer H. Riley and Herbert M. Brock, died Tuesday, November 15, 2011. She was the daughter of the late Haley and Bernice Shiflett. She is survived by her son, Albert Eugene Riley; a brother, Herman R. Shiflett (Katherine); a devoted niece, Vernell Duling; and several other nieces and nephews. Mrs. Brock was a beloved and devoted mother and aunt.
The family will receive friends 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Atlee Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 9271 Shady Grove Road, where a funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday.
