FLETCHER, Charles Phillip Sr., 63, of Ruther Glen, passed away September 10, 2010. He is survived by his sons, Charles Phillip Fletcher Jr. and his wife, Leanne, and Jesse Wayne Fletcher and his fianc‚e, Mandy Smoot; his daughters, Margie May Fletcher and Sally Renee Fletcher; grandchildren, Phillip, Travis, Alyssa, Makayla, Jacob, Aiden and Brianna; his brother, Tommie Fletcher; sister, Allison Wooten; and best friend, Alice Fletcher-Wray. He was a member of the Ruther Glen Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 16, 2010, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Atlee Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, Route 301 and Shady Grove Road, Mechanicsville. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 17, at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Rd, Triangle, Va. 22172. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 18, at the Ruther Glen Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, 20402 Rogers Clark Blvd., Ruther Glen, Va. 22546.
